The New Zealand born, French-trained chef of Egyptian and Chinese origin faces his greatest challenge as he attempts to conquer the hearts, minds and appetites of diners in Ho Chi Minh City.
This series follows Bobby as he maneuvers his way around architects, designers and even feng shui masters to complete his restaurant within budget and on time. But things do not go smoothly.
He is passionate about food, and travels around Vietnam searching for ingredients and inspiration to create his new menu.
Will he succeed in building a dining empire in this crazy metropolis, or will it be his costliest mistake?
